Safety and Compliance Statement – General Solution LLC

    At General Solution LLC, our top priority is ensuring a safe environment for both your staff and our employees. To achieve this, we have established stringent safety compliance guidelines that all employees are required to adhere to.

Before commencing work each day, all employees must be equipped with the necessary safety gear, including a safety hard hat, safety glasses, protective gloves, appropriate clothing, reflective safety vest, and shock-resistant shoes with caps. This gear must be worn throughout the workday without exception.

Our management conducts daily briefings in the morning to inspect all equipment and required harnesses to ensure proper functionality. Any equipment in need of repairs or replacement will be addressed promptly and documented in a dated and signed daily log.

During the workday, trained employees must use the appropriate equipment for the project and inspect their harnesses for any damage. If any damage is detected, employees are required to notify management immediately.

Fall safety equipment must be worn at all times, and operators must hold on to the correct reference point when working at heights exceeding 6 feet.

Our CEO, Jose Guevara, oversees the project execution, with an assistant manager available for any queries. Each step of the project is meticulously planned, with safety as the top priority for all equipment operators. Strict adherence to safety regulations is non-negotiable at General Solution LLC.
